 On August 29, 2020, they pronounced D'Monii Daiyon Demonte Sims dead at 7:04pm. I'm the mother of D'Monii and losing my angel was the hardest situation I’ve had to endure in my life. I decided to start this support group because I knew there were others out here that felt the same way I felt. Feeling alone, I decided to create this group to support others that are walking in the same shoes as me. We support each other in any way possible. We have outings, we help parents that are struggling as well making trips up to Riley to help the parents who children are currently struggling and fighting for their lives. This group is a safe space for parents and siblings and we welcome all with open arms.
